Package Add-Ons

$25-50 for each non-attached out building

$50 for exterior drone footage

$10 per additional highlighted item

$5 per updated highlighted item (client submits the documention to IEB Home Solutions and we will add to file)

No charge for updated highlighted like item (ex. TV for TV)

For itemized/detailed inventories beyond the basic video documentation package the rate is $100 an hr.

$50 annual renewal fee for file storage and access

Travel fees may apply if we are outside a 50 mile radius of our office.  Fee will not apply if appointment is scheduled when we are already servicing your area that day.
