By using our service, you will be able to alleviate the struggle of trying to remember all of your belongings that may be damaged or stolen if an unfortunate event occurs. If such an event does occur, you’ll be able to access your documentation of your belongings instantly, which will help ease the back and forth with filing claims. You will be able to provide proof of the items that were lost to your insurance company, or other proper authorities, quickly and accurately to get your life back on track. 

A travel fee may be applied if a customer’s home is outside of a 50-mile radius from our office. We try to be diligent while scheduling multiple appointments in specific areas to help alleviate those fees.  If more than one home is scheduled in a like area outside of the 50-mile radius, we can waive the fee. This is when our amazing referral program benefits our clients.

You will receive an electronic copy and we will also have your file on record.   Your information will be stored in a confidential file on an app specifically designed for home inventory needs. If you ever need your information if it's lost all you have to do is contact us and let us know. We will then generate your report and email it to you. 

A “highlighted” item is an item that we will ask you to identify as something that is very valuable to you. Usually more expensive items are used as “highlighted” items, but sometimes it can be something that has more sentimental value over financial value. It will be whatever the customer deems as most important to them if something bad was to happen.

Yes. Beyond our basic home inventory packages, we offer a full itemized home inventory spreadsheet that documents ALL of your belongings, not just the highlighted ones. This service is more detailed and more time consuming, but all items within your home will be accounted for and recorded. You can add this service to any basic package at a rate of $100 per hour. 

Absolutely. Livestock is a very valuable belonging. If animals are lost during an unfortunate event, or escape from their secure areas, you can use your documentation to prove ownership and to assist in receiving proper compensation if any were to be lost.  

We can do real estate photos, drone services and content creation.  

We're currently servicing Colorado and Hawaii.  We will be adding additional states based on our client needs.
